We keep load-carrying equipment moving
Since 1991, Elfcon has worked closely with ports, shipping companies and the operations where load-carrying equipment is used every day. This has given us the experience to understand both the technology and what is at stake when equipment needs to perform, change or return to service. Today, we help customers with roll trailers, tank containers and containers – from sales to service, repair and special solutions, always focused on helping equipment perform better and last longer.
One partner from delivery to repair
Our support continues long after a product has been delivered. We sell roll trailers, tank containers and containers, but our expertise continues in the workshop through service, repair, inspection, modification and adaptation. This means you can rely on the same partner throughout – one that understands both the equipment and how it is used.
From Gothenburg to Europe
A history built close to our customers’ operations
Elfcon was founded in Gothenburg in 1991. Since then, the company has grown step by step, from a local specialist to a presence in several important European port locations. Our establishments in Zeebrugge and Travemünde followed customer needs and have given us even deeper experience of the environments where our expertise is used every day.

This is our broadest operation, providing sales, service, repair and special solutions for load-carrying equipment, as well as services for the port terminal.

Here, we work close to our customers’ RoRo operations, including cassettes and roll trailers.

Here, our operations specialise in cassettes and SECU boxes used in Stora Enso’s logistics flows.
Part of Tången since 2024
